YoyaCore is designed to hold as little of your personal information as possible. Registration is very simple — it is complete the moment you log in with your
Qypher card. Personal information such as your name, address, and email address is managed securely by
Qypher, not by YoyaCore. The only data YoyaCore receives is the age and
Qypher ID required to log in, plus your name if you have given permission. Note that if you purchase tickets directly as a guest member, without using
Qypher, YoyaCore keeps your email address linked to your purchase history.

Change your personal information in Qypher
The “Registered Information” page in YoyaCore shows only the data YoyaCore receives — your registration date, age, and your name if you have given permission. Your address, email address, and the like are neither stored nor shown in YoyaCore. To view or change them, please log in to
Qypher. Of the changes you make in
Qypher, the items YoyaCore receives (such as your name) appear in their latest state the next time you log in.

Emails come from either Qypher or YoyaCore
Emails such as ticket purchase confirmations and notifications are sent from “Qypher” (QypherAutoMail@be-on.biz) if you are logged in through Qypher. If you purchased YoyaCore tickets directly without using Qypher (as a guest member), YoyaCore keeps a record linking your email address to your purchase history, and notifications are sent from “YoyaCore” (YoyaCoreAutoMail@be-on.biz). To make sure these emails are not filtered into your spam folder, we recommend allowing mail from both QypherAutoMail@be-on.biz and YoyaCoreAutoMail@be-on.biz.
