Hosting / obtaining tickets for free events: Free
Service fee for paid ticket sales (charged to organizer): 3% of ticket price (before tax)

Payment is charged immediately upon ticket purchase. Payouts to organizers are made after all events scheduled by that organizer have concluded and a holding period (normally 3 days) has passed. The transfer may be held longer if Be-On determines this is necessary to prevent fraud.
For the first several payouts, funds may be held longer than usual until we confirm that the events took place and that there are no material complaints from ticket buyers.

Available for use immediately after payment is completed.

Hosting and attending free events is available worldwide.Hosting events with paid tickets is limited to organizers based in countries and regions where consumption/VAT tax handling is clearly defined (coverage will be expanded over time).

Revenue from paid tickets is sent to the organizer's own Stripe account via Stripe Connect. However, the first several payouts are held until we confirm that the events took place and that there are no material complaints from ticket buyers.
Attending events (purchasing tickets) is available from any country.

Event cancelled by organizer: Full refund of ticket price.
Cancellation by purchaser: Subject to the organizer's cancellation policy. Unless otherwise specified by the organizer, tickets are non-refundable.
YoyaCore service fee: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
The decision of whether to issue a refund, and on what terms, belongs solely to the organizer. However, because payment processing itself is carried out by Be-On via Stripe, Inc.'s payment service, amounts corresponding to refunds, chargebacks (dispute claims), and any associated penalties or fines are initially borne by Be-On and offset against payouts to the organizer. If a shortfall remains after offsetting, the organizer is responsible for covering it.
