Sales Transfer
Paid ticket revenue is processed through Stripe Connect, and YoyaCore’s service fee (3%) is deducted automatically. Revenue is sent to the organizer’s Stripe account, but the first several payouts are held until we confirm that the events took place and that there are no material complaints from ticket buyers.
Organizers from 190+ countries and regions can host paid events in 135+ currencies supported by Stripe. Before your first paid event, connect your Stripe account from "Payout Setup" in your dashboard.
Currently available to organizers based in the following countries and regions, where consumption/VAT tax handling is clearly defined (coverage will be expanded over time).
Australia / Austria / Belgium / Bulgaria / Canada / Croatia / Cyprus / Czech Republic / Denmark / Estonia / Finland / France / Germany / Greece / Hungary / Iceland / Ireland / Italy / Japan / Latvia / Liechtenstein / Lithuania / Luxembourg / Malta / Netherlands / New Zealand / Norway / Poland / Portugal / Romania / Singapore / Slovakia / Slovenia / Spain / Sweden / Switzerland / United Kingdom
Q. When will I receive my payment?+
A. The first several payouts may be held longer than Stripe’s normal schedule as an anti-fraud measure. After we confirm that the event took place and that no material complaints have been received from ticket buyers, the funds are sent to the organizer’s Stripe account according to Stripe’s review and processing status. Payouts may also be held or delayed for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud-prevention checks.
Q. Are fees deducted?+
A. Yes. YoyaCore's service fee (3%) and Stripe's payment processing fee are deducted from revenue before payout. Stripe's fee varies by country and currency — see Stripe's pricing page for details.
Q. Where do I register my bank account?+
A. Go to "Payout Setup" in your dashboard to connect your Stripe account. Bank account details are managed directly in your Stripe dashboard — YoyaCore never stores your banking information.
Q. What currency are payouts in?+
A. Stripe handles this automatically. Based on the event's sale currency and the organizer's Stripe account country, Stripe pays out in the appropriate currency. Over 135 currencies are supported.
Q. Can organizers outside Japan use this service?+
A. Currently, hosting paid events is limited to organizers based in the countries and regions listed above, where tax handling is clearly defined. Coverage will be expanded over time. Attending events (purchasing tickets) is available from any country.
What is Stripe?
Stripe is a global online payment platform used in over 200 countries and territories. Trusted by millions of businesses worldwide, Stripe is compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 — the highest security standard in the payment card industry. YoyaCore integrates with Stripe to provide secure payment processing for ticket buyers and fast, direct payouts to organizers.
Q. Do I need a Stripe account to buy tickets?+
A. No. You can purchase by simply entering your credit card details at checkout. No Stripe account is required.
Q. Is my card information stored by YoyaCore?+
A. No. Card information is processed directly by Stripe. YoyaCore never stores your card number or payment details.
Q. Why do organizers need a Stripe account?+
A. Paid ticket revenue is transferred directly to the organizer's Stripe account. Since YoyaCore never holds your revenue, a Stripe account is required as your receiving account. If you only host free events, no Stripe account is needed.
Q. How do I create a Stripe account?+
A. Go to "Payout Setup" in your dashboard and you will be guided automatically to Stripe's account creation screen. You can create an account for free with an email address, phone number, bank account, and identity document. Sole proprietors can register without any issues.
Q. What are Stripe's fees?+
A. Stripe's processing fee varies by country and currency. YoyaCore's service fee (3%) is charged separately. Please refer to Stripe's pricing page for details.
Setting up a reception team
Add helpers to your reception team and they can check guests in from their own phone or computer. You do not need their email address — just give them a join code.

For organizers

  1. After logging in, open "Event reception" under "Event Management" and press "Manage reception team". This button appears once you have created at least one event.
  2. In "Label", enter a name to tell the person apart (e.g. Desk A / Tanaka) and press "Issue join code".
  3. Give the 8-character join code to the person helping you. Telling them in person or by chat is fine, or enter an address to send it by email. A join code expires 30 days after it is issued.
  4. Once they join, they appear under "Members".

For reception staff

  1. Log in with Qypher. Reception staff must log in with Qypher (an account that only bought tickets with an email address cannot join).
  2. After logging in, open "Event reception" under "Event Management", enter the code you received from the organizer in "Enter a join code", and press "Join".
  3. The events you are assigned to appear in your reception list, and you can check guests in on the same screen the organizer uses.

Which events they can help with

Team members can only check guests in for events they are assigned to. If "Auto-assign to new events" is checked, they are assigned automatically to events you create from now on.
Events you have already created are not updated automatically. Open that event's reception screen, select members under "Receptionists for this event", and press "Save assignment".
Good to know
  • Reception staff can see the attendee list (names and order numbers) for events they are assigned to. Only give join codes to people you trust.
  • Each join code is for one person and stops working once used. You can revoke codes that have not been used.
  • When you press "Remove", the person immediately loses reception access to events that have not ended. Staff can also leave by pressing "Leave this team" themselves.
  • Who checked each guest in is recorded and shown on each row of the reception screen by their "Label".
Try the demo
Reception on the event day gives you no second chance. You can try the very same screen beforehand — no login, no sign-up.
  • Scan a real QR code and admit the guest
  • Find someone who cannot show a QR code by order number and admit them by hand
  • Record a temporary exit and a re-entry
  • Take payment at the door and admit the guest
  • Watch the headcount change as you go
Every attendee and order number in the demo is fictional. Nothing you do is recorded, and no real event or YoyaCore ticket is affected. Reload the page to start over.
Use two devices, such as a smartphone and a computer, to try the same flow as the real reception. Use one as the guest and the other as the reception desk. Either device can be the reception desk. The demo page has a QR code for opening it on a smartphone.

General

What is Qypher?
Qypher is an authentication service that lets you log in and verify your age with a single QR code. There's no need to enter an email address or password — simply scan your Qypher card to log in securely. A single Qypher card can be used across multiple services. YoyaCore integrates with Qypher to provide identity verification with reduced risk of impersonation.
Q. How do I get a Qypher card?+
A. You can get a Qypher card for free by registering your email address on the Qypher website and completing a few simple steps, including birthday verification.
Q. Can I use YoyaCore without a Qypher card?+
A. No. You can book or buy on YoyaCore as a guest without a Qypher card. Use a Qypher card to access member features such as the logged-in pages and messaging.
Q. How does age verification work?+
A. Age-based usage restrictions are automatically applied based on the birthday registered when you created your Qypher card. Users under 13 may require guardian verification.
Q. Who manages my personal information, Qypher or YoyaCore?+
A. Personal information such as your email address and name is managed by Qypher. Your age is always passed to YoyaCore at login, while other data such as your name is only passed if you give permission. YoyaCore never acquires your email address — sending of ticket confirmation emails and the like is handled directly by Qypher.
Q. Is Qypher free to use?+
A. Yes. Registering, issuing, and using a Qypher card is free of charge.
Messaging
Organizers and attendees can contact each other without ever exchanging email addresses. All exchanges happen in YoyaCore messages, and notification emails are delivered from Qypher.
For safe operation and to check for violations of the terms, the YoyaCore office may review message content. If content is considered inappropriate, message sending or use of the service may be restricted.
📨
Attendee → organizer inquiry
From "My Tickets", use "Contact organizer" on the relevant event. Your email address is never shared with the organizer.
📣
Organizer → attendee (announce / individual)
From each event in "Event management", use "Announce to attendees" to reach everyone at once, or "Message individually" to write to a single attendee. Attendee emails are not shown.
💬
Read & reply in Messages
All contact is collected under "Messages" on your account page. Open a thread and reply right there — the whole exchange stays in the app.
🔒
Emails stay private
YoyaCore does not hold email addresses, and notification emails are delivered from Qypher. Neither side ever receives the other’s email address, so there is no risk of spam.
